The home is for employees on a contract or anyone is needing SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION near the Townsville hospital or JCU –  we have our 3-Bedroom house (plus a separate study); 2 bathrooms HOUSE IN DOUGLAS – All-inclusive, Tidy, maintained and fully-equipped!

This home sleeps up to 6 people and includes most expenses including electricity, unlimited wifi, and garden maintenance is included.

Optional weekly clean/linen change for an additional charge.

For a shorter lease, the rent would increase, as I have to spend more time finding another tenant.
