Long Term VS Short Term Rental

All of our current properties are earning higher returns than when they were on long term rental contracts. We host a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Darwin city apartment with views, no pool which was earning $450 pw on long term rental. After we took management of it the current earnings are between $900 and $1,400 per week depending on time of year and events. We have another 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a good location with pool which was earning $520 Pw on long term rent, this now earns between $920 and $1,200 pw, depending on seasons and events.
